DETAILS: Traffic Areas only means that no furniture will be moved by Steam-Dri Technicians or by the customer. Customers may move any and all furniture off the carpet before Steam-Dri technicians arive to perform services. We will steam clean carpet areas that are easily accessible and will go around all furnishings left on the carpet. Areas may include stairways up to 12 steps and hallways. A charge of $2.00 per additional step will apply. Valid for rooms 15'x15' or smaller regardless of the amount of furnishings in the room(s). Areas over 225 square feet will be considered 2 or more rooms.

*Minimum charge of $75.00 applies.
