Minimum Charge Policy

We have a minimum service charge of $75.00 for all jobs. This charge is the LEAST Amount you will pay for services rendered. For example, if you had 1 normal size (15'x15') room cleaned it would cost at LEAST $75.00.

Fees may vary depending upon the specific nature of the work to be done.

Additional travel fees may be added to cover traveling costs if customer is outside local traveling guidelines.

Important Notice: If for any reason a customer does not have work done but a Steam-Dri technician arrives responding to an appointment made by the customer the minimum service charge will still apply.
